2.3 Custom Kits

Our “Build Your Hike Kit” and “Build Your Run Kit” configurations are customized products that cannot be returned unless defective (see Return Policy).

  • Customized “Build Your Hike Kit” or “Build Your Run Kit” configurations
  • Opened drinkware (for hygiene reasons)
  • Baselayers with removed tags

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return, issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your statement.

5.4 Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, follow the standard return process and clearly indicate your desired replacement. Additional shipping charges may apply.
